What Time?

The Auction opens at 7:00 AM MST on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 and closes at 10:00 PM MST on Sunday, June 26, 2022

How do I Participate?

Our donations and auction bidding are facilitated through GiveSmart. An account is required to bid on auction items, but not required to make a direct donation. We do ask that any bidder registers their credit card, no bidder will be charged without their consent. If you would prefer to pay for auction items with a check, please reach out to Naomi at naomi@youthentity.org

How to Register

Register via text

  1. Text Youthentity to 76278.

  2. Follow the prompts from the texts received.

  3. Once registered, click the blue link within the Welcome Text to access the campaign.

Register via the Home page registration button

  1. Visit https://youthentity.givesmart.com

  2. Click Register to Participate.

  3. Create an Account.

  4. Check the Terms and Conditions box.

  5. Check the Text Messages box (for bids, purchases, and event announcements).

  6. Click Create my GiveSmart Account.

  7. Click Ok within the All Set Message to complete Registration.

How to Reset Password and Username

If you purchased a ticket online, you were able to set up a username and password at this time, if you forgot your username or password, use this link https://e.givesmart.com/forgot/ to reset your account using your mobile number.

  1. Click 'Sign In or Register' or 'Sign In' within a campaign site.

  2. Click the blue 'Forgot Username or Password'.

  3. Enter your mobile number.

  4. Click 'Send Pin'.

  5. Enter the pin set to you via text.

  6. Update username and/or password.

  7. Click "Save and Sign In'.

How to Bid

HOW TO PLACE REGULAR BID

Once you have completed a registration on the campaign, you will receive the welcome text message, linking you to the items to browse, bid or buy.

  1. Click on the Blue link in the Welcome text to be directed to the Items page.

  2. View Items by category or search by Item number or name.

  3. Click the item of interest to view the description as well as the current bid and or price.

  4. The system will auto-populate the bid amount based on the set increment for the item.

    • Choose to bid at the set amount or higher.

  5. Click Bid.

How to place an auto bid

Allow the system to automatically bid up to a designated amount for you. The system will bid incrementally up to the amount designated as long as someone else places a bid against you. If no one bids against your auto bid, the price remains the same.

  1. Click the item of interest

  2. Click the Auto Bid tab

  3. Enter in the maximum amount you would like to bid

  4. Click Bid.

Raffle

For a fixed price get one entry into a virtual raffle to win a given item. Raffle ticket purchases must check out to be entered. The raffle winner will be announced on the morning of Monday, June 28th.

What if I win?

Youthentity will mail or email gift certificate items to the winning bidder.

All physical items must be picked up at Youthentity in Carbondale. Youthentity will ship items, but the winning bidder is responsible for all shipping costs.

How to Checkout and Pay

When you are ready to pay, review the items in your cart and choose to pay either with an existing credit card on file or enter a new card. Once your balance is paid in full a receipt is automatically emailed to the address added to your account.

  1. Visit the Page page at the top of the screen.

  2. Review the purchase summary.

  3. Enter a credit card or use the one on file.

  4. Click Pay.

  5. Once payment is secured, a red Pay stamp appears.

  6. Show the Pay stamp at the time of item redemption to confirm payment was made.
