What Time?
The Auction opens at 7:00 AM MST on June 24, 2020 and closes at 10:00 PM MST on June 26, 2020
How do I participate?
Our donations and auction bidding are facilitated through Clickbid. To maximize the security of your personal information, even if a virtual ticket was purchased, please create an account using "register now" a password is required to register, this password will remain the same throughout the entire auction. An account is required to bid on auction items, but not required to make a direct donation. We do ask that any bidder registers their credit card, no bidder will be charged without their consent. If you would prefer to pay for auction items with a check, please reach out to Naomi at naomi@youthentity.org

CAN I pay for auction items with A check?
Yes you can! Even with a credit card registered, we will not process your card without your permission, for donations, raffle tickets, and auction items, if you would prefer to mail a check, please reach out to Naomi at naomi@youthentity.org or 970-963-4055.
Important Bidding Terms
Click on "Bid/Info" or “More/Buy” to read more about it.
Select "Fast Bid" to enter an active bid for the current bid amount.
Save yourself the stress of monitoring your bid and set your max bid ahead of time! Select "Bid/Set Max" and select an amount greater than the current bid. As other auction participants bid on the item, the system will automatically enter new bids for you, increased by the minimum raise, up to your maximum bid limit.
Select "Buy Now" to make the item yours immediately—no need to wait for the end of the auction!
Want more information on details and exceptions about an item? Select "Details" to find everything you'll need.
When the limit is reached, you'll get a text message letting you know you've been outbid in case you want to get back in the game and up your max bid!
Throughout the online auction, as you enter winning bids or are outbid, you will receive text messages or emails alerting you of your changes in status.
Raffle: For a fixed price get one entry into a virtual raffle to win a given item. Raffle ticket purchases must check out to be entered. The raffle winner will be announced on June 26th at 10:00 PM
Buy It Now Items: Don't want to have to wait and see if you'll win an item? We have some select buy it now items, that bidders can purchase for a fixed price.
For Raffle and Buy It Now Items select Purchase indicated the quantity desired and then proceed to checkout.
Interested in an item, but not ready to bid yet? Select the heart "♡" to add the item to your "My Items" section, which you can access by clicking the "Menu" icon in the left of the blue bar at the top of the screen.
At the end of the auction, you will be notified if you are a winning bidder!
What if I win?
Congratulations and thank you!
We will mail or email certificates for all auction items to their winners in the weeks following the Virtual Pig Roast.
If you won a physical auction item, a Youthentity representative will reach out to you in the following week to coordinate shipment or pickup. Unless otherwise stated, winning bidders are responsible for shipping.
