Career Expo Fall 2023 connects students, local businesses

On October 5th, 90 companies and 850 students convened at the Rifle Fairgrounds to connect and explore jobs and careers. Companies such as SIX Productions, Valley View, Colorado Mountain College, Eagle Crest Nursery, Havoc Skate Company, Hotel Jerome, and many more represented a diverse sample of the businesses offering promising career paths and job opportunities in the Roaring Fork and Western Slope regions. Students were able to connect with industry professionals after completing a "work personality" discovery exercise which pointed them to career pods that matched their interests and strengths. Many thanks to our volunteers, participating businesses, and school administrators for making it such a success!
