Q: What is a Mini Roast?
A: In lieu of purchasing a "table" as offered in past events, the Mini Roast Package includes 10 Pig Roast Fundraiser tickets and dinners. Plus, the Mini Roast Package gives you options:
Host your own small Pig Roast and we will provide you with an incredible spread, perfectly prepared and ready for your own backyard Pig Roast.
OR
Receive 10 individual tickets with your Mini Roast Package, provide us with recipient's names, and we'll have their meals ready for pickup on your selected pick up day (at Youthentity in Carbondale) of June 23rd or 24th. Makes a great client gift!
The stunning menu includes antipasti, watermelon salad, porchetta, duck confit, elote salad, and peach bread pudding and more. It's an easy way to get together with friends and family or to show appreciation for employees or clients - all while investing in the success of young people.
